Leigh Davidson is the founding Principal Solicitor of Advantage Legal, a NSW Law Society Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law, and a recognised voice in NSW personal injury compensation reform. Admitted as a solicitor in 2009, Leigh has over 15 years of experience across plaintiff firms, ASX-listed insurers, and NSW government tribunals. This experience offers a rare perspective, giving his clients strategic, empathetic, and decisive legal representation.

Leigh adopts a rehabilitation-focused model of legal practice, ensuring that injured clients receive timely access to treatment and meaningful support while navigating their claims, before securing the maximum compensation they are entitled to. He is particularly passionate about representing injured cyclists, advocating for safer roads, and holding insurers to account under the NSW CTP and Workers Compensation schemes.

Leigh regularly contributes to law reform through public policy and advocacy work. This includes:

• Appearing at NSW Parliamentary Inquiries, working with Courts and Tribunals, and NSW compensation scheme Regulators in his capacity as Deputy Chair of the Injury Compensation Committee of the Law Society of NSW.
• Assisting the Law Council of Australia as a Committee Member of the Futures Committee, which is focused on assisting the legal fraternity with the safe adoption of artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies.
