Rehabilitation Focused Compensation
Our team have always prioritised post-accident rehabilitation as part of our client centric service, however in 2025 we took our ‘Rehabilitation Focused Compensation’ model public to bring greater awareness to Advantage Legal and why we’re different to other personal injury compensation law firms.
We’re proud to say that our team will not only prioritise the compensation entitlements of injured people, but we will also focus on their rehabilitation. Afterall, returning to work and returning to life after an accident is just as important as receiving compensation.
If you’ve been following our team on social media, reading our monthly blogs and logging into our webinars in 2025, you will have seen our public focus change to be very rehabilitation centric.

Achieving positive Google Reviews in any business is challenging. However, in 2025, Advantage Legal achieved a significant milestone of receiving 100+, 5 Star Google Reviews.
Not only is this an amazing recognition of the service our team provides to injured people, but some of the review comments that we received are truly heart warming and have inspired our team to want to achieve even greater levels of client service and satisfaction.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to leave our team a positive 5-star review, we really appreciate it!
Volunteer Committees
- NSW Law Society Injury Compensation Committee – Our Practice Principal, Leigh Davidson continued to actively contribute to the legal profession and the sustainability of compensation scheme in NSW in his capacity as Deputy Chair of the NSW Law Society Injury Compensation Committee. Leigh was involved in assisting with submissions, statutory reviews, public inquiry briefings and attending stakeholder meetings with regulators and the Personal Injury Commission.

The Committee is focused on critical issues facing the legal profession including the safe and ethical adoption of AI and emerging technologies. The committee has provided feedback to a number of Government papers and inquiries to date and will be putting together resources in the future to assist the legal profession with understanding the risks and advantages of utilising artificial intelligence in their practice.
Partnerships, Sponsorships & Supporting the Community
Our team have continued to work closely with our partners on a number of important initiatives and have also sponsored events which are close to our heart and values:
- Bicycle NSW – We assisted Bicycle NSW and their members, advocating for cyclists both in terms of safety and development of laws in NSW. In 2025, we saw the introduction of a Bill into NSW Parliament for the safe adoption of e-bikes and e-scooters in NSW including shared commercial services.
- Spring Cycle – 2025 saw the return of the Spring Cycle in Sydney. This Bicycle NSW event raised critical funds for Lifeline Australia, and we were blessed with a beautiful sunny day of riding across the most picturesque harbour and city in the world.
- Bowral Classic – Our team travelled to Bowral to get amongst the excitement of the Bowral Classic. In addition to giving away lots of free Advantage Legal merchandise, we sponsored the massage tent and also ran a competition for a pre-paid visa gift card. Congratulations to Drew Dunstall from the Central Coast who was the lucky winner.
- State Emergency Service – This year, we joined forces with the NSW SES in support of their fundraising activities and initiatives and are now a proud supporter of their organisation and services.
- Motorheads Fundraiser – For the past 3 years, Advantage Legal have been a corporate sponsor of the Motorhead Christmas Fundraiser. The event brings together passionate car enthusiasts dedicated to helping those in need. This year, the event raised money for the Make A Wish Children’s Charity. We’re very proud to be involved with such a wonderful initiative.
